When McKenzie reached out to us she knew she wanted to have a warm, greenhouse maternity shoot. She had been pregnant throughout winter and was ready for some warmth. McKenzie is an awesome person she is so crafty and creative. She ordered a simple dress from eBay and dip-dyed it to make it her own which definitely added a personal touch to her session.
Another element of her session we really loved is how she wanted to incorporate her birth “anchor points” into her session. An anchor point is where you find comfort and relaxation through the use of touch during birth. So, during our session a lot of the poses we used incorporated her anchor points which we thought brought a very intimate feeling to the session.
